How does the escrow system work?

When you purchase an account, your credits are held in escrow by AccountShop. They are only released to the seller once you confirm the delivery is satisfactory — or automatically after 48 hours if you take no action.

How do I fund my wallet?

Purchase credit packages using cryptocurrency. Once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, credits are added to your AccountShop wallet instantly.

If a seller fails to deliver, you can open a dispute within the delivery acceptance window. Our moderation team reviews evidence and can issue a full or partial refund.

How long do I have to accept delivery?

You have 48 hours after the seller marks delivery to accept or open a dispute. You can also request a one-time 24-hour extension.

How do sellers get paid?

Seller earnings are held as a pending balance after order completion, then become available for payout withdrawal after a rolling reserve period.

Is my account information safe?

Yes. Account credentials are stored encrypted and are only accessible to the buyer after purchase confirmation. Platform chat history is monitored for security.
