• Device & usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referrer, and timestamps.
• Approximate location: we derive a city/country-level location from your IP address for analytics and fraud prevention.
• Cookies & session data: identifiers needed to keep you logged in and to remember preferences (see Cookie Policy).

• Other users: your public username, seller profile, ratings, and listings are visible to other users. Buyers and sellers see each other's messages within a transaction.

• Legal & safety: when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users and the Platform.

6 Payments & Identity Verification

Credit purchases are processed by our third-party payment processor (Coinbase Commerce) for cryptocurrency transactions. We do not store your private wallet keys or full payment credentials. Payout wallet addresses you provide are stored to process seller withdrawals.

KYC identity documents are stored on a private, non-public storage location and are accessible only to authorized administrators for verification and fraud-prevention purposes.

7 Data Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the services. We retain certain records (transactions, disputes, verification, and security logs) for longer where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, rate limiting, and private storage for sensitive documents. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
